Happy Cinco de Mayo indeed! While many of you are enjoying margaritas and Mexican food, attending parties and festivals, and perhaps generally having a great goof off Saturday--- we will (very happily) be photographing Anastasia and Greg's wedding. The weather may be a little gray and cloudy today but I know that this wedding couple will be bright and sunny!
In the spirit of this Cinco de Mayo we're sharing a yummy recipe for a cocktail!
Watermelon Mango Margarita
2 cups watermelon, cut into cubes and remove seeds
1 ripe mango, remove the flesh and cube
Juice of 2 fresh limes
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoon triple sec
3 jiggers tequila--- use a GOOD brand
2 cups ice
With all of the ingredients in a blender, whirr away until mixed and frothy.
Will make two watermelon mango margaritas but you might not want to share!
